The project experiments with volume, works with different degrees of privacy, offers different types of space inside the same volume, options of circulation and fluidity of movement.

The existing volume is stripped to show its materiality and add the new elements necessary for the current requirements of the project.

The distribution of the whole house is inverted, placing the living area, dining room and kitchen closer to the balcony and sunlight and the bedroom in the rear facade, less sunny and quieter. 

Finally, making sure to make the most of every inch through smart plan design, lots of storage and a simple, clean palette of materials.
